Aim. To improve the results of surgical treatment for patients with non-neoplastic colonic diseases by optimizing choice radical surgery extent. Materials and methods. The study material was analysis interventions performed in 87 diseases: ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, familial adenomatous polyposis, chronic coloproctogenic stasis, diverticular colon disease. age operated 20–72 years.
